The Sweet REVENGE.

Truly sweet. Justified.

It’s been a long time since I fell so much in such a tense series. (Which I never were) until I was unintentionally switching channels on one boring Monday night and bumped into this series called Revenge @ Astro Ch 711.

I fell in love for the main character of this series, Emily Thorne @ Amanda Clarke who seek revenge for her father’s death. Her main aimed is to destroy The Graysons who she believed was the mastermind behind the death of his father while serving his sentence in jail, which was falsely speculated as die due to riot in prison.

To start with, her father; David Clarke was framed by Conrad and Victoria Grayson, who claimed David as a terrorist and David was arrested by FBI on one peaceful night when Emily was 8 years old and playing with her dog, Sammy at their house; which happen to be next to The Graysons in Hampton. David Clarke later was accused and made to believe as the one who planned for the airplane hijacked and caused numbers of victim died in it.  

Since the detention of her father, Emily was kept in Institutional Care until she reached sixteen and was sent to live in Allenwood Correction Centre, until one day, she was released and met Nolan Ross, the IT gig who used to be her father’s executive, came and saved her and also revealed all the carefully planned frame which were planned by The Graysons against her father.

Since that, the revenge plotted by Emily / Amanda started and her first attempt in destroying the Graysons couple is by dating their only  son;  Daniel.

That was a little bit of Revenge in the early season. Approaching towards the end I believe there a lot to come as Emily’s revenge has started to tangle and hair wire against her strong emotions and love towards her fiancé, Daniel (which she never planned at all).

 In life, I don't believe in revenge. Even how nasty one did; I never want to let my hands dirty and the time wasted by paying revenge to one. I let the karma to kick them in their butt. J Bliss!
