Difficult People

‘I am thankful for all those difficult people in my life. They have shown me exactly who I do not want to be’ – unknown

Difficult people; they meant to be here
They meant to be among us
With their true purpose
Getting and wrecking your nerve till you fell apart and be left behind from the row.

Don’t let them be
Don’t let them win the fight
Don’t let them steal the whole world from you
Don’t let their egos break you.

Learn to adapt
Adapting yourself into situation where all the difficulties can be tackled
For even the tough mud can be mold
And even the mighty Pharaoh can be overthrown.

Learn to stand
And stand up straight
Learn from others mistake
Yet don't forget to be proud for every endeavor
Made Steve Jobs as encouragement who shaped inspiration in every invention.

Be sturdy
Build up muscles in your spirit
And don’t let anyone to break it
And if it’s broken, take your soothing resurgence
Don’t lose hope, for even Stephen Hawking finds his success upon undeniably perseverance.

Learn to pardon
Pardoning everyone who hurts you
Yet never forget what they did towards you
For it is the valuable lesson which life could offer
And you will end up stronger and your pride will be much bigger
Forgive like The Prophet (pbuh) who never fails to pardon and captured the special place next to The Creator.

So difficult people, come on over, we welcome you. - nho

Crap Writing In Between Research Papers

I am now working on other changes on my research paper. Need to change a little bit on the topic to meet with the supervisor’s requirement. Ideas are nowhere to be found since I am yet to have the reference book on my lap. This means, we need to organize a family trip to Kinokuniya maybe on this Maulidur Rasul public holiday after the husband finishes his meeting and his paragliding activity in Bukit Jugra. (I am crazily longed to do paragliding but the time constraint has delayed my intention.) Nevertheless I am more than happy to spend the holiday at home with kids and finish up the paper (should the ideas come).

I always keep reminding myself without fail that even how bad others’ treat you, that doesn’t give you a green card to treat them shit. I don’t know why all the sudden this thought came into the picture but I guess regardless being hurt by any circumstances in specific milieu, it is important to always leave a beautiful intuition about ourselves into someone’s life trail. Let them remember us in a smile, knowing that how good we are while we were in their life frame. The chance of touching people’s life doesn’t come that often, so while you have a chance to do so, leave a great impression about it. Let people miss your kindness. I believe with that you will always be cherished as a person who brings vibrant ambiance towards others.

Well, sometimes you don’t have many choices other than to hurt someone. It is undeniably that somewhere in the junction you might miss your step intentionally or unintentionally. But hey, seek forgiveness. Don’t lie to others or even to yourself that you don’t care if others hate you. It is just pathetic. Even how many times you deniable state that they don’t matter to you but karma always chase and trace you behind your back. Remember that you still have a shadow that always haunts you at night. Aren’t you feel sorry every time you in bed at night and knowing that how much destruction you did to one’s day or even life? But somehow it doesn’t surprise me to know that some find it soothing and sleep well at night regardless the demolition they made. Probably they have lost the sense of humanity. It is not me giving out a grandmother nagging but it just come to my thought that how easy it is for these people to live in a denial and point the fingers onto others. Sedih you all!

Forgiveness is easily granted but trust, is another complicated issues which you need to regain it back from square one.

Well ladies, this post has nothing to do with me or my personal experience. Just some random thought to update my blog while waiting for the idea to ‘merapu’ on my research paper comes in. With this and at this time, I admit that I miss 'the exploring island day' in Manukan. Snorkeling and getting the skin tanned under the hot sun of the exotic Sabah! (#Merapu again)

Ideas, come to mama!!-nho

Island hopping and snorkeling in Manukan Island Sabah. How beautiful!

Too Much Politics To Gobble.

How wonderful it is now to be lingered with the loved ones. The husband; who I called my best friend ever. We laugh out loud together over kid’s funny behavior and we fight over the abandoned dishes in the sinks! While the kids are doing great even the house is often filled with the loud screaming of a 2 ½ years old boy who's bullying everybody at all the times and becoming the big boss of the house. That is how wonderful I describe my life so far.

When this entry is updated, I am still very much awake at 12.30am accompanying the husband who is watching his favorite football match while me doing some unfinished business on my laptop. Lucky the connection is so much faster now at home, which enable me to do many things at times. A little deviation, I guess regardless the political fights among the political parties (as the PRU 13 is reaching up) and even I puke so many times over the power tussle between these parties, I think all of us deserve to be free from too much of political issues, be it in the newspapers or television. Boring! I can't barely watch TV3 and Bulletin Utama now for it poured me with so many unnecessary things which bored me to death. Rather, I watch Bernama TV or Capital TV to update myself on what is been up to the world today and business updates. This is not the act of me being plain ignorance but for me, I keep my political views on my own rather than sharing it out loud to the world.  Keep it sealed secretly until the day of the election. On thing for sure, I think this one particular party is getting more and more desperate to maintain their political power (can be seen from their empowerment thru mainstream media and all the cerita dalam kain which they been spreading in papers and tv); for some 'unknown' reason. Muak!

Politics always bores me. For truth. Being in the Media, Management and  Economics field and learn many jargon in effective economics and media theories that should be applied, I can't help but to infer some useful information which later help me in making useful decision.  Sometimes it is just too dismal to see the extend people will go only to achieve and sustain their power and money. Well, there's always a thin line between serving people and misusing the power and responsibility.

It has been pasted on my mind that people with a great power always carry a big burden on their shoulder. You'll be ruin if you choose to become powerful with money and power as your ultimate goal. You will end up corrupted sooner or later. On the other hand, serving people and be powerful by virtue will aways give you a great impression and remembrance not only from the people whom you lead but also the bunch after them. Take our Prophet Muhammad  (PBUH) as the perfect example, the powerful man with a powerful influence yet money and supremacy always appear the last items on his list. Our Prophet is a perfect example of a leader that will guide you to Jannah and the best of all, his teachings is relevant regardless centuries that passes after he passed away. But I guess with the changing world nowadays, people tend to swift their life objective. More are looking for a temporary pleasure while fulfilling their lust. When people are blind with power, they will fool around with any issues possible even the sensitive one only to gain support from people in order to be able to rule. I think this is the most pathetic act of the politicians to even politicized the issue of the usage of the word Allah in Bible. It is much understood even by my 2 years old son that the word Allah is solely belong to the Muslims. Why all the sudden bring the issue of democracy even when dealing with sensitive religious issue and Aqidah?  Popularity perhaps. For me the solution is simple, there's no such thing as sharing the word Allah in any other religous book which does not represent Islam. It will cause confusion to the Muslims. Period.

Dear politicians, please forget the dissimilarities when it comes to our Aqidah regardless colors. Whether you are Red, Blue or Green, put our Islamic Syariah upmost. Afterall, this is the least you can do to prove us your unity as a Malay and Muslims in Malaysia, right? We had enough of having leaders who constantly fighting over power.

I guess I better stop here. Truth is I have started to get bored with so much of the politics to be stuff into our mind, body and soul from the mainstream media news. (Like we didn't notice how they play and control the media)

p/s: When politics started take up so many aspects in life, it is the indication that the development is no where to progress. -nho

Welcome Mr. 13!

Welcome 2013!

What a blissful year has passed and now we shall make way for another promising year to take its slot and draw another challenging yet delightful story line in our life ahead.

Not much of celebration or setting up the new resolution for this New Year. It is just an ordinary year to the fore of trying to accomplish and finish up the existing plan at its best.

The husband with his advancing career (Alhamdulillah) and I am so proud of him for his improvement  since he left the previous company in 2011. Natasha will be 8 this year and her determination to perform better at school comparing the previous year has rapidly growing. She has steadfastly following her time table at home in doing the revision for all the subjects besides finish up her homework. Saif, who will reach 3 this May and sharing his birthday with mommy; busy enhancing himself in speaking and adding vocabularies in his mighty self-dictionary and finally me, who will turn 30, biologically, and very much of 21 years old inside, is in a high hope to be an energetic mom with my new weight of being 8kg lighter (and in a motivation to shed another 5kg more) and off course to be able to manage everything under the sun.

On New Year, I must say that we made a crazy decision to drive to Cherating only to buy a keropok lekor, had a beach bubble day with kids at Kampung Cherating and made a booking at Impiana Cherating Resort for this coming Hari Wilayah holiday. I just thought of spending some honeymoon-ing time with the husband at the place where we had crush for the first time almost 9 years ago while working on Cybercamp together. Down to memory lane together but off course with the kids here to follow.

Last week we had another journey too, to Teluk Intan , Perak. A day trip to assist the auntie for her urban planning research project and took the opportunity to explore this famous town with its most renown trade mark; Menara Condong Teluk Intan. I was super excited with kids and took our valuable time to explore and climb the tower.

Our awesome New Year’s day it was!

Also, it is awesome too for the husband has finally installed new wireless connection at home and demolish the existing lousy broadband. Now I am more than happy to update my blog, finish up my research as well as do my work in a fast mode. Thanks babe, you are the hero; as usual!

Farewell 12!

How life has brought us together
How life has ripped us apart
In every life section that we couldn't neglect
In every hue which has its own reflect.

Bittersweet it was
In every failure, in every success
In every pain, in every heal
With that, we welcome you 13!
- Farewell 12, nho.
